Two allege they were injured in Orlando collision, seek payment under insurance policy

Car accident 06

ORLANDO – An Apopka couple alleges they were injured in Orlando when their vehicle was rear-ended.

Fenel Bernard and Henrita Henry filed a complaint on May 8 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Daisy Myles Green and Infinity Auto Insurance Co. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Nov. 12, 2015, they were involved in an automobile accident along North John Young Parkway in Orlando that was caused by the negligence of the underinsured Green. As a result, plaintiffs allege they suffered bodily injuries, pain, disability and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiffs allege that Infinity has refused and continues to refuse their request for payment under the underinsured motorist provisions of the policy.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendants for all losses and damages, costs, expenses, attorney's fees and other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Jack D. King of Law Office of Jack D. King PA in Orlando.
