ORLANDO – A financial institution alleges that an individual failed to pay back a loan.
Suntrust Bank, doing business as Lightstream, filed a complaint on May 8 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Julianne Sexton alleging breach of agreement and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was economically injured from defendant's wrongful conduct of not paying the remaining balance under a loan agreement. It alleges it is owed $28,605.21.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the sum of $28,605.21, plus court costs. It is represented by Amy J.Winarsky of Marcadis Singer PA in Tampa.
