Davie man alleges Hollywood driver's negligence caused crash

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Davie driver has filed a complaint against a Hollywood resident over alleged damages sustained in an auto accident.

Gabriel Perilla filed a complaint on April 26 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Stuart Ostrow alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 10, 2015, while he was driving along Harding Street in Hollywood when a vehicle carelessly driven by the defendant suddenly collided into his vehicle. As a result of defendant's alleged negligence, he claims he received serious and significant injuries to his extremities, central and peripheral nervous system, suffered physical and mental pain, medical expenses, disability, shame and embarrassment. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000, together with interest, costs, and further relief the court deems proper. He is represented by Patrick W. Lawlor of Lawlor & Associates in Boca Raton.
