CLEARWATER – A St. Petersburg woman alleges she was injured in a collision with a Tierra Verde man.
Geraldine Moss filed a complaint on May 1 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against John James McNie III and Shareen Marie McNie alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 17, 2016, on county Road 699 in St. Pete Beach, McNie III collided with plaintiff's vehicle, causing injuries to the plaintiff. The suit states Shareen Marie McNie was the owner of the vehicle the defendant was driving.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than $15,000, plus costs and such other relief to which plaintiff is justly entitled. She is represented by Jeffrey K. Chambers of Chambers Law Group PA in St. Petersburg.
