Law money 01

CLEARWATER – A business invitee at a St. Petersburg business claims she was injured in a fall on the property.

Mary Cullen filed a complaint on April 26 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Loan Ranger Acquisitions LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 31, 2016, the plaintiff was visiting Sundial St. Petersburg, which is owned by the defendant, and tripped over a paver and fell. She alleges she suffered a fractured knee, permanent scarring, loss of quality of life, lost wages, persistent pain and suffering and incurred medical expenses as a direct result.

The plaintiff holds Loan Ranger Acquisitions LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to properly maintain the pavers and correct its negligent condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for all damages suffered or incurred, court costs and all further relief deemed just. She is represented by Randall J. Love in Bayonet Point.
