Boston Seafarms Inc. alleges it is owed thousands for seafood

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County corporation alleged failed to pay for seafood.

Boston Seafarms Inc. filed a complaint on April 21 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against CEMCO International Corp. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the plaintiff provided seafood to the defendant. The plaintiff holds CEMCO International Corp. responsible because the defendant allegedly refused to pay for product delivered, received and kept the benefit of the goods delivered at the expense of plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $12,068.54, compensatory damages of $2,203.50, treble damages of $6,610.50, plus costs, expenses, interest and further relief as the court deems proper.
