FORT LAUDERDALE – A Pompano Beach company alleges it was not paid for goods it sold.
TSF Sportswear LLC filed a complaint on April 21 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Broward County against Cays International Inc. alleging open account, unjust enrichment and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants have not paid for goods sold and delivered. The plaintiff alleges the amount was due Oct. 13, 2016.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $19,191.83, court costs, interest and other relief as the court deems reasonable. It is represented by Stacey S. Fisher of Sprechman & Fisher PA in Miami.
