FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County man is alleged to owe more than $30,000 to a bank.
American Express Centurion Bank Corp. filed a complaint on April 17 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Jesus I. Herrero alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant owes it $34,888.29. The plaintiff holds Herrero responsible because the defendant allegedly has been unjustly enriched at the expense and detriment of the plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor for damages in the amount of $34,888.29. It is represented by Scott E. Modlin of Modlin Slinsky PA in Sunrise.
