CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County resident has filed a suit after an auto accident on Belleair Road in the county.
Dara Kaiafas filed a complaint on April 17 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Thomas Crawford and National General Insurance Online alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on June 22, 2015, the plaintiff sustained bodily injury, great physical pain, scarring, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses as a result of the negligence of Crawford in operating his vehicle in a manner that caused him to collide with the automobile occupied by plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for an amount of more than $15,000 plus costs and other relief that may be justly entitled. The plaintiff is represented by Royce C. Haddad Jr. and Adam J. Talley of Haddad & Associates in Clearwater.
