ORLANDO – An Orange County individual is alleged to have failed to pay a loan.
American Express Centurion Bank Corp. filed a complaint on April 14 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Benedict J. Chang alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant has failed to pay a $29,419.69 loan balance.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendant, in the amount of $29,419.69, plus court costs, and other relief that the court deems reasonable. It is represented by Scott E. Modlin of Modlin Slinsky PA in Sunrise.
