ORLANDO – A guest at an Orlando hotel alleges she was injured when she tripped in the parking lot.

Beverly Thibodeau filed a complaint on April 14 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Hilton Worldwide Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 1, 2016, she suffered physical injury, disability, scarring, mental pain and incurred medical expenses from tripping and falling on the uneven pavement near the handicap ramp on the defendant's property.

The plaintiff holds Hilton Worldwide Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain its premises in a reasonably safe condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages of more than $15,000, plus costs. She is represented by Kristopher M. Nowicki of Law Offices of Randy Reep in Jacksonville.
