CLEARWATER – A St. Petersburg resident claims she was injured in a collision caused by a driver allegedly under the influence.
Tonya Medina filed a complaint on April 13 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Danielle Wysong alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 17, 2016, she was traveling on Gandy Boulevard near Dr. ML King Jr. Street North in St. Petersburgh when the defendant caused a collision. She alleges she suffered serious injury, disability, loss of earnings and aggravation of a pre-existing condition as a result of the incident.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against the defendant and costs of action. She is represented by Stephen A. Barnes of Barnes Trial Group in Tampa.
