Man alleges he is entitled to damages from Mercury Indemnity Co.

CLEARWATER – A driver alleges an insurance company is obligated to compensate him for injuries sustained in an accident in Clearwater.

Rogelio Albino filed a complaint on April 12 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas Count against Mercury Indemnity Co. of America seeking damages.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 26, 2014, he suffered bodily injury, disability, mental anguish, incurred medical expenses and loss of earning, as a result of a collision with uninsured/underinsured motorist.

The plaintiff holds Mercury Indemnity Co. of America responsible because the defendant is allegedly obligated to compensate plaintiff for damages as the result of the driver's negligence.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages plus costs, interest, and other relief to which plaintiff is entitled. He is represented by Paul Puzzanghera, Crystal L. Sebago and Suzanne M. Fried of Puzzanghera Law Offices PA in St. Petersburg.
