Bank of America alleges it is owed more than $20,000 on credit account

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County man is alleged to have failed to pay a credit account.

Bank of America filed a complaint on April 12 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against William P Jorge alleging that the debtor breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant has defaulted on a credit account. It alleges the amount of $20,118.40 is due and owing.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the principal amount due of $20,118.40, plus court costs and other relief determined by the court. It is represented by Dana M. Stern of Hayt, Hayt & Landau PL in Miami.
