FORT LAUDERDALE – A man alleges he was injured in a collision on Interstate 95 in Broward County.
Wayne S. Forbes filed a complaint on April 12 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Daniel Frisnet and Service America Enterprise Inc. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 10, 2014, he sustained severe and debilitating injuries as a result of an automobile collision wherein Frisnet carelessly drove a motor vehicle owned by Service America so that it collided with plaintiff's vehicle.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant, for damages, costs of action and equitable relief as the court may deem appropriate. He is represented by Hugo V. Alvarez of Alvarez Barbara LLP in Miami.
