CLEARWATER – The landlord of a St. Petersburg property is seeking to evict its tenant.

Anderwood Properties LLC filed a complaint on April 6 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Tampa Bay Behavioral Health Centers LLC citing eviction.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into a lease in January 2015 that was to be paid on a monthly basis. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant failed to pay rent in 2015 and from January to March of this year.

The plaintiff holds Tampa Bay Behavioral Health Centers LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the past due rent and failed to vacate the plaintiff's property.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant, award possession of the premises, court costs, and further relief as the court may deem just. It is represented by Ronald W. Gregory of Gregory Law Firm PL in St. Petersburg.
