American Express Centurion Bank alleges it is owed more than $26,000

ORLANDO – An industrial bank alleges that an individual defaulted on a credit account.

American Express Centurion Bank filed a complaint on April 7 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Loida Newcomb alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant defaulted on the terms and conditions of the credit account agreement and has accumulated $26,823.06 on the account. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant, for damages in the amount of $26,823.06 plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Christina N. Charlet of Zwicker & Associates PC in Jacksonville.
