ORLANDO – An Orange County resident and a Seminole County resident are facing a suit from an insurance company over damages relating to an auto accident.

Progressive American Insurance Co., as subrogee for Tracy F. Korshak, filed a complaint on April 7 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Russell A Razzani Jr. and Michael R. Oglesby alleging negligence.
