ORLANDO – A man alleges he was injured in a collision with an Orange County School Board vehicle.
Luis Velez filed a complaint on April 6 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Orange County School Board alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 10, 2014, on Edgewater Drive in Orlando, his vehicle was struck by the defendant's vehicle. The plaintiff alleges he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000. He is represented by Michael T. Gibson and Herb V. McMillan of Michael T. Gibson PA in Orlando.
