ORLANDO – A Lake County woman alleges she was injured at an Orlando restaurant.

Constance Wise filed a complaint on April 6 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Roark Capital LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 4, 2016, she fell and was injured as a result of the negligence of defendant's employees to allow a greasy substance to remain on the floor of the restaurant. The plaintiff holds Roark Capital LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain the cleanliness of the flooring and failed to inspect or warn plaintiff of the hazardous condition of the area.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for damages of more than $15,000, plus interest and costs. She is represented by Michael J. Smith of Morgan & Morgan PA in Tavares.
