ORLANDO – A guest at an Orlando restaurant alleges he was injured by the hazardous condition of the floor.

Jorge L. Hernandez filed a complaint on April 5 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against the defendants alleging BJ's Restaurants Inc. and Cameron Group Associated LLP negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 12, 2013, he visited the defendants' property and slipped on a liquid substance while walking to the restroom, which caused him to fall. The plaintiff holds BJ's Restaurants Inc. and Cameron Group Associated LLP responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to maintain the floor and failed to warn the plaintiff of the danger of the slippery substance on the floor.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $15,000, plus interest and costs. He is represented by Mark R. Ahrens of Todd K. Miner PA in Orlando.
