FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County motorist alleges she was injured in a collision on Pembroke Road near its intersection with Hiatus Road in Pembroke Pines.
Jenny Pratt filed a complaint on March 23 in 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Nadia Vargas alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 27, 2016, she suffered severe and permanent bodily injury resulting in disability and disfigurement, aggravation of pre-existing condition, and incurred medical expenses, because defendant negligently operated her vehicle so that it violently collided with plaintiff's vehicle.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages, costs and any further relief deemed appropriate by the church. She is represented by Glen B. Levine and Elie Anidjar of Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine PA in Fort Lauderdale.
