FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County resident alleges she was injured in a collision in Wilton Manors.
Valerie Dziadzio filed a complaint on March 21 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Michelle Kilcrease alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 21, 2016, the defendant struck the rear of her vehicle on East Oakland Park Boulevard near the intersection of NE Sixth Avenue. She alleges she was injured.
The plaintiff holds Kilcrease responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to exercise reasonable care to avoid accidents and injuries, and failed to be on the proper lookout for other vehicles on the road.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for compensatory and consequential damages of more than $15,000, plus interest, and attorneys' fees. She is represented by Jason J. Guari and Scott B. Perry of Murray & Guari in West Palm Beach.
