MIAMI – A man alleges his South Florida roofing services employer failed to pay overtime wages.
Frankling Nobel Mejia filed a complaint on April 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Victory E & I Roofing and Construction LLC, Igal Abergel, Eli Darmon and Adam J. Notis citing the Fair Labor Standards Act.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was employed by the defendants as a general laborer. The plaintiff holds Victory E & I Roofing and Construction LLC, Abergel, Darmon and Notis responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to plaintiff his full and proper overtime wages
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, plus costs, attorneys’ fees and such other remedy as the court deems just. He is represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
