MIAMI – An individual alleges his wireless communications infrastructure employer failed its duty to pay employees for all hours worked at a correct rate.

Edwin Paul Allen III filed a complaint on April 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against SAC Wireless LLC alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was employed by the defendant as a tower foreman. The plaintiff holds SAC Wireless LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay plaintiff for all the overtime hours that he worked at a rate of time-and-one-half.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant plus costs, attorneys’ fees, and such other remedy as the court deems just. He is represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
