MIAMI – Fumigators allege their South Florida employer failed to pay them for all hours that they worked.

Dmario Tezae Lewis, Junis Lewis and Rashad Cornelius Dansby filed a complaint on March 19 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Above & Beyond Pest-Environmental Services & Termites LLC, Gregory S. Lohman, Christina M. O'Kane, Bryan M. O'Kane and Christopher M. Alexander alleging that they violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they have been damaged for not receiving overtime compensation for all hours they worked in excess of 40 per week.

The plaintiffs holds Above & Beyond Pest-Environmental Services & Termites LLC, Lohman, Christina M. O'Kane, Bryan M.
