alleging copyright and trademark infringement, cyber piracy and other counts.
to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its
company from having its Wealth Off Wall Street (WOWS) mark used. The
plaintiff holds Live Out Loud Inc. and Langemeier responsible because
the defendants' OWSW mark is confusingly similar to the plaintiff's WOWS
mark and the defendants' domain name is similar to the plaintiff's.

all infringing works, actual damages, pay profits to the plaintiff,
all damages, treble damages, exemplary, punitive damages, all legal fees
