BUSHNELL – A Marion County woman alleges she was terminated in retaliation for complaining about her former employer's alleged violation of a wage law.
Kristine Harper filed a complaint on Jan. 17 in the
5th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Sumter County
against Sonata Villages I LLC, doing business as Serenades in the Villages, alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
