MIAMI – A Miami internet marketing company alleges it is owed more than $100,000 for services it provided.
The Affiliati Network Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division against Fast Track Media Solutions LLC and Daniel John Ysais alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the parties entered into an agreement in 2015 in which the plaintiff agreed to provide the defendants with leads for the defendants student loan debt offer. The plaintiff holds Fast Track Media Solutions LLC and Ysais responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to make timely payments for the marketing services plaintiff provided. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $109,403.
The plaintiff seeks damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Ruben E. Socarras and Melissa A. Dursi of Marshall Socarras Grant PL in Boca Raton.
