Orlando resident blames motorist for injury in crash

Car accident 43

ORLANDO — An Orlando resident is suing Joseph Lustman, a motorist, citing alleged negligence.

Priscilla Rosario filed a complaint in the Orange County Circuit Court against Lustman, alleging that the motorist failed to exercise standard care in operating a vehicle.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 15, 2014, she was a restrained passenger in a van when the defendant's motor vehicle collided with the vehicle she was riding in, causing her to sustain bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, expensive medical treatment, loss of earnings, and/or aggravation of a previously existing condition.

The plaintiff holds Lustman responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to adequately maintain and operate a motor vehicle so as not to cause harm, and failed to be on a proper lookout for other vehicles.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant, damages, costs, interest and such other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by David Anderson of Burnetti PA in Orlando.
