According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 15, 2015, she suffered serious injuries when she tripped due to a standing sign that fell in front of her while walking through the ship's Solarium Spa. The plaintiff holds Celebrity Cruises Inc. and Canyon Ranch Institute responsible because the defendants allegedly allowed the hazardous condition to exist on the spa's walkways and failed to warn passengers.
