ORLANDO – The owner of a World Center Drive property in Orlando alleges a tenant has not paid rent.

International Plaza Acquisition LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 30 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Saddle Up WCD LLC, John Dobson, Team Management Group LLC and Sherman Oaks LLC alleging breach of lease

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov.30, 2015, it entered into a written lease agreement with Saddle Up WCD LLC, with Dobson and Sherman Oaks as guarantors.  Saddle Up WCD LLC allegedly breached the lease by failing to pay the full amount of rent in the total amount of $94,497.85 plus additional rent and other amounts to accrue each month unless paid.

The plaintiff holds Saddle Up WCD LLC, Dobson, Team Management Group LLC and Sherman Oaks LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make the payments required pursuant to lease, and failed to fulfill all obligations under the agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $94,497.85 plus interests, attorneys’ fees, costs, interest, and such other and further relief that the court deems equitable. It is represented by Steven L. Wall of Mestdagh & Wall PA in Maitland.
