ORLANDO – Two Chuluota individuals allege they were injured in a collision in Orlando.
Rebecca Thurmond and Kenneth Thurmond filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County Division against Rachael Wille and Else Wille alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on April 4, 2016, they suffered physical injuries as the result of being involved in a vehicular accident at the intersection of state Road 50 and Woodbury Road in Orlando. The plaintiffs hold Rachael Wille and Else Wille responsible because Rachael Wille allegedly carelessly operated her vehicle, which was owned by Else Willie, causing it to collide with plaintiff's car.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek all damages and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by George H. Anderson III and Todd A. Curtin of Dan Newlins & Partners in Orlando.
