ORLANDO – An Orange County man alleges he was "trampled" by an unknown individual while visiting a Walt Disney World property.

Tan Bui filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 25, 2015, he suffered physical injuries to his neck and shoulder from being trampled over by an unknown assailant at 1486 Buena Vista Drive in Bay Lake. The plaintiff holds Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to hire appropriately trained security guards, failed to provide adequate security, failed to evaluate criminal activity and other allegations.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages. He is represented by Derek L. Metts of Metts Legal PA in Winter Park.
