ORLANDO – An individual is claiming injuries after an accident on Dean Road.
Sherried Watson filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Lewis Naylor alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 14, 2013, he was driving on Dean Road near its intersection with Buck Road when he was struck by the defendant. He alleges he suffered physical injuries and monetary damages for medical expenses. The plaintiff holds Naylor responsible because the defendant allegedly was negligent in operating his motor vehicle.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages. She is represented by William E. Sublette of Sublette Law Offices in Orlando.
