PANAMA CITY – A Port St. Joe nursing center alleges an insurer did not pay for the care of a patient.

LP Port St. Joe LLC, doing business as The Bridge at Bay St. Joe, filed a complaint on Dec. 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Panama City against American International Group Inc. Medical Plan and American International Group Inc. citing the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
