Breezer Holdings alleged to owe Old Dominion for shipping services

MIAMI – A transportation company alleges it is owe more than $150,000 by a Deerfield Beach business for services.

Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Breezer Holdings LLC alleging that the Florida business failed to pay the plaintiff for the carrier service they've provided.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. suffered damages to its business as the result of not being paid for shipments it transported for the defendant. The plaintiff holds Breezer Holdings LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay it for its services.

The plaintiff seeks damages totaling to $172,810.78, interest, and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Lawrence J. Roberts of Lawrence A. Roberts & Associates PA in Coral Gables.
