Sweetwater Bar & Grill accused of violating overtime law

MIAMI — An employee is suing Spackler Enterprises LLC d/b/a Sweetwater Bar & Grill, Frank Clinton Reed and Sean Iglehart, employers, citing alleged violation of wage law.

Frisner Botex filed a complaint on Nov. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay him properly.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid proper overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff any overtime premium for working more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid overtime wages at the legal rate, liquidated damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law, P.A in Fort Lauderdale.
