MIAMI — An employee is suing Spackler Enterprises LLC d/b/a Sweetwater Bar & Grill, Frank Clinton Reed and Sean Iglehart, employers, citing alleged violation of wage law.

Frisner Botex filed a complaint on Nov. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay him properly.
