MIAMI – A Palm Beach County car wash and its owners are accused of not paying employees overtime.

Tracy Ann Rowett filed a complaint on Nov. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Wish Wash 2 LLC, Khairunissa Mandani and Nuruddin Mandani alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds Wish Wash 2 LLC, Khairunissa Mandani, Nuruddin Mandani responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff any overtime premium for working more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
