FORT LAUDERDALE – A Hollywood consumer alleges a debt that is not his is listed on his credit report.
Max Elimelech filed a complaint on Nov. 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against
Experian Information Solutions Inc. and Collection Bureau of America LTD Inc.

the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, actual, statutory, and punitive damages, attorney's fees, costs, expenses and disbursements and further relief as the court may deem just. He is represented by Justin Zeig of Zeig Law Firm LLC in Hollywood.
