Law money 09

MIAMI — A former employee has filed a class-action lawsuit against Bullet Freight Systems Inc. and Kevin Dindial, alleging violation of wage laws.

Jesbi Castaneda filed a complaint on Nov. 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Miami Division against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay fair wages to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims to have worked more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds Bullet Freight Systems Inc. and Kevin Dindial responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff any overtime premium despite a legal requirement to do so.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages, unpaid wages with interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by R. Martin Saenz of Saenz & Anderson, PLLC in Aventura.
