CORAL GABLES – One of Florida’s reputable foreclosure attorneys, Dillon Graham, is offering a wealth of information about foreclosure defense, free of charge, from 12:15-1 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Nov. 16. This is open to anyone, homeowner or mortgage holder, who would like to understand the process better.

According to a press release from the attorney firm, “Ask Graham” is a live Q-and-A-style event, where homeowners can pose their most pressing questions about foreclosure in Florida and receive answers in real time.

Graham explained that users can partake from anywhere they have internet access and with this information exchange, he hopes to put answers to the most-pressing questions about foreclosure.

“Whether you’re at work or sitting on your couch, you can ask a highly experienced Miami foreclosure attorney about any part of the foreclosure process you are unsure of,” the firm’s website said in an announcement about the event. “Better yet, you can ask such questions free of charge. The live session will be guided by questions asked by users, with Dillon providing insightful answers along the way.”

Graham Legal PA is a consumer-oriented law firm that represents individuals against banks, insurance companies, and other wrongdoers. This Q-and-A will help those who need guidance on foreclosure and personal injury issues.

“Areas of focus include foreclosure defense and personal injury law,” Graham said. “It was founded on the belief that everyone deserves quality legal representation regardless of income, background, or situation. (We seek) to put the power into the hands of people by providing wronged individuals with a fair, affordable chance at justice.”

Graham sees his free Q-and-A as a natural next step to informing those who may need help in regards to foreclosures, but may not be able to afford an attorney’s consultation fees. Graham further explained that homeowners can expect to get vital information regarding everything from foreclosure alternatives to details about the process and paperwork.

“One might ask how it is possible to attend a function from home, or even from work,” the announcement said. “To that, Graham presents an innovative approach to getting homeowners informed about foreclosure law in Florida.”

Graham offers this service to homeowners as a way to empower them, down to the formatting of the session.

“The homeowners who participate will be the ones driving the conversation,” Graham said. “My real goal is to ensure homeowners are equipped with the tools needed to properly defend themselves. Of course one of those tools is first-rate legal representation, but knowledge is a powerful tool as well.”

Providing that necessary knowledge is exactly what Graham says he hopes to accomplish with Ask Graham. Interested homeowners can link to: RSVP to the event via Facebook, and should like the firm’s page when tuning in to participate in the live Q-and-A.

Graham said he hopes Ask Graham inspires others in the legal industry to embrace technology in working with clients.

“Technology provides the opportunity to give our clients even better service, and it’s time that we take it,” Graham said. “An event like this is certainly not the norm in the legal industry, but we hope to change that.”
