Property owner alleges insurance company failed to provide coverage for damages

FLORIDA — A property owner is suing American Security Insurance Co., an insurance firm, citing alleged breach of contract.

Felix Castro-Rosario filed a complaint in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court - Hillsborough County against American Security Insurance Co. alleging that the insurance firm denied plaintiff's claim for damages to his property.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages to his property but was denied coverage. The plaintiff holds American Security Insurance Co. responsible because the defendant allegedly denied plaintiff's claim for coverage for damages to his property despite having met all of the conditions of the plan.

The plaintiff seeks all damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Aaron S. Kling of Kling Law, P.A. in Tampa.
