ORLANDO — An employee is suing Aetna Health Inc., an insurance firm, citing alleged breach of contract.

Philip St. Louis filed a complaint on Nov. 2, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida Orlando Division against Aetna Health Inc. alleging that the insurance firm denied plaintiff's claim for health benefits.
