FLORIDA — An individual is suing Cargo Transport Alliance LLC, a Florida business, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.
Sergiy Kurashov filed a complaint on Oct. 23, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Cargo Transport Alliance LCC alleging that the Florida business failed to pay their debt to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he sustained monetary damages due to unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds Cargo Transport Alliance LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to repay the loan they got from plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks the amount of $168,238.50 plus interest, plus all legal fees. He is represented by Sergiu Gherman of Gherman Legal PLLC in Miami.
