WEST PALM BEACH — A former employee is suing Thuy Thu THi Nguyen, d/b/a Anthony Vince Nail Spa, and Thuy Thu Thi Nguyen, alleging failure to follow wage laws.
Han Ngoc Le filed a complaint on Oct. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay fair compensation.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for the alleged violation of overtime-pay laws.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment of all unpaid overtime hours at the proper rate, liquidated damages, all legal fees and interest. She is represented by Christopher J.
