According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 4, she sustained physical injuries from slipping and falling on an object left on the floor of the Carnival Dream's dining room hallway. The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of more than of $75,000 plus interest, legal fees and any other relief this court deems just. She is represented by Garrett Biondo of The Biondo Law Firm PA in Miami.
