MIAMI – A California corporation alleges a retailer is selling counterfeit glass water pipes.
Sream Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Store Rama Inc. alleging trademark infringement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is the exclusive licensee for RooR products in the United States. The plaintiff holds Store Rama Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly sells pipes that bear a fake RooR trademark.
The plaintiff seeks award damages, injunctive relief, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Jamie Alan Sasson of The Ticktin Law Group PLLC in Deerfield Beach.
