MIAMI – Two salesmen for an auto dealership have filed a class action alleging they and other sales staff members were not paid a minimum wage.

Alejandro Bermudez and Raul Garcia filed a complaint on behalf of others similarly situated on Sept. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against H. Gregory 1 Inc., doing business as HGreg.com, H Greg Direct Auto Auction, H Greg Auction Direct USA, H Greg Auction, H Greg Direct Auto Auction and H. Greg USA.com; and Greg Hairabedian alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standard Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that, between 2013 and 2016, Alejandro Bermudez and Raul Garcia worked without being paid the legal minimum wage rate and were not paid commissions on the scheduled pay date. The plaintiffs hold H. Gregory 1 Inc. and Hairabedian responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay proper wages to the plaintiffs.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek all unpaid wages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by Anthony F. Sanchez of Anthony F. Sanchez PA in Miami.
