World Atlantic Airlines alleges it was not paid for crew, maintenance services for flights

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Miami-Dade County company claims it was not paid for services provided to a North Carolina business.

World Atlantic Airlines filed a complaint on Sept. 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Fort Lauderdale Division against Dynamic International Airways LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it suffered damages for unpaid invoices. The plaintiff holds Dynamic International Airways LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with plaintiff by failing to pay them for providing service crew and maintenance service for certain flights from Fort Lauderdale to Venezuela.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, general damages, special damages, all legal fees plus interest and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Peter J. Lewis and Juan R. Serrano of Griffin & Serrano PA in Fort Lauderdale.
